NOT SO HEALTHY
Sushi has a very high sugar level content. While making sushi, Rice is mixed with sugar and rice vinegar and in every cup of rice, you’d probably get a tablespoon of sugar which spikes blood sugar levels. Added with the sugar in the sauces and you realize you aren’t eating a particularly healthy meal. It’s quite true that Wasabi makes sushi a bit healthier, but most of them are not real because some restaurants serve coloured horseradish using food colouring yellow.5 which is highly Carcinogenic.
